The Talent Initiative Inc
Our Mission
The mission of the Talent Initiative Inc, is to provide the youth of Thomas County and secondarily to provide the people of northwest Kansas with educational opportunities and constructive social interactions in a fun and safe environment.
The MAC, also known as the Talent Initative Inc., is a non-for-profit Kansas corporation formed on October 21, 2005. It is composed of people who are passionate about our communities and those who live here. The mission of the Talent Initiative Inc, is to provide the youth of Thomas County and secondarily to provide the people of northwest Kansas with educational opportunities and constructive social interactions in a fun and safe environment. Understanding how vital this facility will be to the sustainability of our communities, our project has been included as part of Thomas County’s Community Development Plan.
